So I looked into it, and it turns out that this is the problem in NGUIMenu.cs Line 715+:

在Asset中的NGUI文件夹中找到NGUIMenu.cs文件，打开，把下面两句代码替换

[MenuItem("NGUI/Help",false,12)]

It can be easily fixed by removing the "Breaker" lines and increasing "Help" Priority by 10, like so:
