Every year on April 10, memories of childhood quarrels, jokes, and snatching toys come to mind.
Today is Brothers and Sisters Day, a day to be grateful to those who have sued and fought over toys and are still your strongest supporters.
Although Sibling Day has not yet become an official holiday, it has been recognized in several countries. The festival was founded by Claudia Evatt in honor of her deceased siblings.
Since 1995, the Sibling Day Foundation has been promoting the holiday to celebrate the unique bond between siblings. Brotherhood is not unique to humans, and wild animals also have deep sibling relationships!
The red fox cub in today's picture takes sibling rivalry and cooperation to a whole new level. The little fox is born with his eyes closed and unable to take care of himself, and his mother guards him and his father goes out to hunt for food.
But once they open their eyes and their limbs become stronger, the real fun begins.
Sibling play is crucial to developing hunting skills and social skills, as well as making the process of growing up fun. Wrestling, lunging, and even ambushing are seemingly playful behaviors, but they are actually part of the training.
The cubs imitate each other's movements, test each other's bottom lines, and develop sharp instincts in teamwork.
So, this sibling day, learn from these little animals: embrace the chaos, have fun, and maybe just let the siblings eat the last snack!
