For those who are not confident, you as a boss need to give constant feedback in time, remembering to praise and explain when they have done a great job.

A boss had better not show his/her special preference to one employee, especially when most people hold controversy about this one. 

Do not just talk to one person and act impatient while talking to others.

Do not let your employees feel like a tool.When you need the help, you come for them. Otherwise, you never stop by and talk to them.

If possible, never break the relationship with your colleague in open. Otherwise, there may be lots of embarrassing moments.

You can never please all people. Show your claws when you are not happy or comfortable.

If you feel isolated by your boss or colleagues or both, take use of your time to develop yourself and fire them instead.
