I took part in many volunteer work and also played the role of a leader in these work. I have to check the number, guide the team to the right place, and give them work. From my leading experience, I learnt that I must be trustworthy, be reliable, to show my leadership skill during the whole process and never be loose on myself. From my volunteer experience, I also learnt a lot about punctuality, and sense of time and the importance of execution.

When I was sophomore, I took part in a saleing program. What I sale are items used for sleeping, such as pillows, sheets. And this commodity is aimed at college students. So I use the platform I can reach to accumulate the potential buyer.I use Wechat, QQ to get approach to freshman. Finally I sell my first product at the price of 599 yuan and got the cutbacks of 99 yuan.

I took part in a program that guide the oversea students to visit my campus. I was a leader because of I got my CET-6 and I have two members. I thought that I have to introduce the campus in English only to found out that the oversea students I get is proficient in Chinese. So I let one of my member to intoduce the campus in Chinese and he was very pleasant to do it. During that time, I knew what teamwork means. Sometimes, a leader must let his member to exhibit his ability.

让考官看到你的可迁移能力，毕竟每个人肯定有局限性，总有经历不到的事情，怎么办呢？从你过往的经历中搜寻资料，看看你要什么经历，然后把它扩写，最好体现出你重要的相关品质，比如时间观念，执行力，领导力，以及应变能力。目的是为了告诉考官你虽然没有相关经历，但是你有可迁移性的技能。
