mark went to his neighbor's library in order to borrow a book .

his neighbor said he was happy to accommodate him ,but he adopted a rule that any volume taken from his library must be used on the premises .

the next week ,the neighbor want to borrow mark's lawn mower .and mark said welcome first ,and then he said to his neighbor that he also adopted a rule that the lawn mower couldn't be used away from his own lawn .
