it's Thursday and sunny today, i woke up about 5:10 this morning.

From Wallace:

he sent a quality alert to us and said we will change the shearing deviation standard from 4.1 to 3.0 and must with 100% coverage, but for the J-Type chamfer, we cann't meet this requirement, so i will send a email to the team today.

From HT&Roy

they said our Krauss testing exist big varation, and asked us to confirm the detail reason.

From David:

we did the difference confirmation between the hot press and finished part, we found there would be about a difference from 0.2 to 0.5, but we took the samples only from the same workstation not from the same mold,  so he required us to take samples form the same mold, i answered no problem we would do that, i just checked this task with Rain, he said we would get the sample this afternoon.

1 i asked him to reply Roy's eamil about the Krauss testing, we check the tooling, rotor and assembly method and didn't find the difference, so i think we do 2 more samples for M17 formula;

2 For the type inspection sample, we also need to do 2 more testing.

he should track the sample progress;

she should update the shearing deviation standard according to Wallace's alert.
