We took the British Airways to London. Firstly, what a mess it was when I found the person I asked for had never played any function. However, during this period, the ability to deal with emergency was improved.
After more than ten hours plane flying, four hours coach driving and five hours waiting, we were settled down eventually.
To be more patient and more intelligent will play a better role when difficulties taken shape or emergency aroused. The Florence Boot Hall was arranged as living for one month PRSE course. I will make every minute valuable.
