Yesterday, I watched the youtube and found a video about breathstroke. watching that video made me realize how poor I did for the last year in swimming. In the past, I used many methodologies in the art of learning,the talent code .I did find out my improvement, but what if all the posture I strove so hard to get was just a mistake. But with a video of the right posture can help you!!!!
That is a good Lesson!!!!
