解决办法：

用sublime打开Unity-iPhone.xcodeproj 定位到Unexpected character '0x7248' at line 762" 762行 定位到问题是因为文件有中文名称 改为英文即可

还有一种可能是因为冲突没有合并 出现<<<< ========= >>>>> 等符号 解决冲突解决重新打开即可
