在B站看见了一个系列视频，据说是美国小学生的自然科学课，刚好拿来学一学英语。下面是做的一些笔记以及自己尝试的一些描述。

There are many different parts of plants. The parts help the plant to grow.

The roots of the plant take in water and hold the plant in the ground.

The stem carries food and water through the plant and holds up the plant.

The leaves of a plant take in air and light for the plant.

The flowers of plants make fruit. Flowers are very beautiful. People can eat fruit.The fruit holds seeds.

Oranges, apples, lemons, and bananas are delicious fruit. Trees are very big plants. Trees have branches. Branches are the arms of a tree and have leaves.

My description:

Plants have many different parts. The parts help the plant to grow.

The roots is the part which in the soil, they take in water and hold the plant in the ground. Some plant's root is delicious and useful for people, like potato、carrot... And some plant's root can be made to sugar.

The stem is the part which connect the roots and branches or leaves, it carries water and food to other parts of the plant. And it also holds up the plant. Plants will be fall over without this part. Usually people use 'trunk' instead of 'stem'. The trees trunk can be made to wood, and people use it to build house.

Leaves take in air and light for the plant. Mint leaves can be made to a part of toothpaste(we use toothpaste to brush our teeth.).

Flowers are beautiful, they have many colors. Some flowers be made of perfume because of their good smell.

Flowers make fruit, people can eat fruit.

The seeds is in the fruit. Seeds can grow to a new plant.

A big tree have many branches. Branches like people's arms, people use branches to climb a tree. Branches carries water and food just like trunk.
