S10E01 - After Joey and Rachel Kiss

• Rachel 也想和 Ross 说清楚，但 Ross 在酒店拿的 300 支洗发膏漏在包里了，没办法说话
• Monica 的头发还是挂着贝壳
• Phoebe 在 Mike 家帮 Mike 跟 Precious (和 Mike 交往了 3 个月) 分手了
• Joey 想和 Ross 说清楚不过没说
• Chandler 要求 Monica 快点把贝壳弄掉
• Ross 一直到最后才发现 Joey 和 Rachel 的事情

S10E02 - Ross is Fine

• Rachel 和 Joey、Charlie 到 Ross 家吃饭，席间 Ross 一直亢奋无比，最后留下 Joey 陪他
• Monica 跟 Chandler 去 Bill and Colleen 家讨教经验
• Phoebe 建议 Monica 和 Chandler 向她朋友 Bill and Colleen 讨教领养孩子的经验
• Joey 担心 Ross，陪了他一整晚
• Chandler 无意间告诉 Owen 他是被领养来的，还无意间告诉三胞胎他们是 Phoebe 生的
• Ross 亢奋了一整集，睡了一觉之后才冷静了下来，和 Joey 好好聊了一会儿

S10E03 - Ross's Tan

• Rachel 想和 Joey 关系进一步，可是总有各种问题
• Monica 和 Phoebe 遇到了当年的老 “朋友” Amanda，喜欢炫耀和假装英国腔的胖子
• Phoebe 以前想和 Monica 断交过
• Joey: 「I guess they weren't as good friends as we are.」
• Chandler 打酱油
• Ross 看 Monica 去喷雾晒肤感觉很酷，结果弄了个 12 级的颜色 (正常人 1～3 级)

S10E04 - The Cake

• Rachel 因为生日蛋糕的形状不是兔子而是小鸡鸡，所以问 Monica 借了保时捷去换蛋糕 (没换成)
• Monica 本来想跟 Chandler 周末去 Vermont，但最后被留下来照顾 Emma (大家都走了)
• Phoebe 本来有一个按摩客户，她跑去给客户吃了点安眠药又赶了回来
• Joey 突然接到一个临时试镜，忙完之后赶紧回来
• Chandler 和大家玩了一个发条玩具跑步比赛的游戏 (赢的人可以离开)
• Ross 和 Rachel 为 Emma 一岁生日举办小聚会，老友团和 Ross 的爸妈全部到齐，打算录像下来等 Emma 18 岁的时候给她看

S10E05 - Rachel's Sister Babysits

• Rachel 那个让人讨厌的妹妹 Amy 又来了，照顾 “Ella” 的时候给她打了个耳洞，还带来了 Jill (脸和屁股) 胖了 15 镑的事情
• Monica 本来以为领养无望，打算去买鸟了
• Phoebe 恋爱一周年，而且在 Mike 第三次求婚的时候终于 “答应” 了
• Joey 帮 Monica 和 Chandler 写领养孩子的推荐信 (被录取是因为他们看 Joey 的画以为他还是个小孩子)
• Chandler 接到机构电话，他们被认定具有领养资格
• Ross 被 Amy 当作卖阿拉伯三明治的小贩

S10E06 - Ross's Grant

• Rachel 和 Monica 都很不喜欢 Phoebe 的立体怪画，但为了不伤害 Phoebe 的感情不得不放在家里
• Monica 详见 Rachel
• Phoebe 要和 Mike 同居，Mike 非常讨厌她的立体怪画，所以 Phoebe 把她们送给了 Monica 和 Rachel
• Joey 想让 Chandler 推荐自己给他们广告公司，但 Chandler 不愿意还骗他
• Chandler 最后为了补偿 Joey，吐了 Joey 的日本口红广告然后说了句「I'm a pretty little girl.」
• Ross 想申请一笔科研经费，结果裁判是 Charlie 的一个很可恶的前男友，最后经费没拿到 Charlie 也跟他复合了

S10E07 - The Home Study

• Rachel 因为自己小时候荡秋千头发被挂住，心里有阴影，所以也不让 Emma 玩
• Monica 为这次面试做了很多准备，最后有惊无险地通过了
• Phoebe 和 Mike 本来打算把结婚基金全部捐给儿童慈善机构，但最后被拒绝了 (因为太纠结)
• Joey 和负责面试的领养社工 Laura 以前有过一夜情，最后被撞见的时候灵机一动化解了危机

• Ross 成功说服了 Rachel，但条件是他要对付自己最怕的蜘蛛

S10E08 - The Late Thanksgiving

• Rachel 带着 Emma 去参加儿童选美大赛，还拿到奖了
• Monica 本来今年不想操办感恩节，但最后被 Phoebe 巧言说服了
• Phoebe 提议带 Emma 去比赛，因为有 1000 美元奖金
• Joey 和 Ross 去看比赛，也耽误了时间
• Chandler 最有意义的一个感恩节，因为在最后他们接到电话有个俄亥俄州的女孩子想让他们来抚养孩子

S10E09 - The Birth Mother

• Rachel 带 Phoebe 和 Ross 买衣服
• Monica 去见选择他们来领养自己孩子的 Erica，本来想利用漏洞获得领养资格
• Phoebe 打酱油
• Joey 和 Phoebe 的朋友 Sarah 吃饭，不愿意让她吃自己的但又吃她的食物，最后还是没能在一起
• Chandler 成功说服了 Monica，还成功说服了 Erica

• Monica, I want a baby too, but this woman is giving away her child. She deserves to know who it's going to.
• But you did like us. And you should. My wife's an incredible woman. She's loving and devoted and caring. And don't tell her I said this but the woman's always right... I love my wife more than anything in this world. And I... It kills me that I can't give her a baby... I really want a kid. And when that day finally comes, I'll learn how to be a good dad. But my wife... she's already there. She's a mother... without a baby... Please?

S10E10 - Chandler Gets Caught

• Monica 打酱油，这集有很多关于公寓的闪回
• Phoebe 和 Rachel 在 Central Perk 聊天，无意中看到 Chandler 跟一个女人聊天后坐车里去了，就打车跟着他们，发现他们去了一座大房子

• Chandler 去谈买房子，最后如愿以偿地得到了房子

S10E11 - The Stripper Cries

• Rachel 本来打算办成高雅的聚会，最后为了 Phoebe 高兴请来一个侏儒脱衣舞男
• Monica 当年学校派初吻给了 Ross
• Phoebe 单身聚会，要求请脱衣舞男
• Joey 参加智力问答，帮助急需用钱治疗膝盖的科学家赢得 1 万美元
• Chandler 和 Ross 说起当年的君子协定，回忆起之前亲 Rachel 的事情，也搞清楚了 Ross 当晚亲的是 Monica

S10E12 - Phoebe's Wedding

• Rachel: 「It's so beautiful out there. You always wanted to get married outside. Why don't you guys just do it on the street?」
• Monica 负责主持婚礼现场
• Phoebe 终于不再「something was missing」，成为了世界上最幸福的女孩
• Joey 因为 20 年来最大的暴风雪很多人包括牧师都没能来，所以再次作为牧师主持了婚礼，下面是致辞对白

• Joey: Friends, family, dog... Thank you all for being here to witness this blessed event. The cold has now spread to my special place... so I'm gonna do the short version of this. Phoebe and Mike, are perfect for each other. And I know I speak for every one here... when I wish them a lifetime of happiness. And may they have many children...who will one day avenge their family's honor. How could I not get that part? Stupid Ralph Macchio. Right. Ok. Uh, uh, who has the rings?
  (One of the groomsmen gives the rings to Joey)
• Joey(whispering to Phoebe): Ok.
• Phoebe: When I was growing up, I didn't have a normal mom and dad, or a-a regular family like everybody else, and-and I always knew that something was missing. But now I'm standing here today, knowing that I have everything I'm ever gonna need... You are my family. (She puts the ring on Mikes finger)
• Mike: Phoebe you're so beautiful. You're so kind, you're so generous. You're so wonderfully weird. Every day with you is an adventure, and I can't believe how lucky I am, and I can't wait to share my life with you forever. (He puts the ring on Phoebe's finger.)
• Phoebe: Oh wait, oh I forgot... and uhm... I love you... and you have nice eyes.
  MikeI love you too.
• Ross: Uh Joey?
• Joey: Yeah?
• Ross: Chappy's heart rate has slowed way down.
• JoeyOh, ok. Uh uh, Phoebe, do you take this man to be your husband?
• Phoebe: I do.
  (Joey has a "Yeah you do" smile on his face)
• JoeyOk uh, Mike, do you take this woman to be your wife?
• Mike: I do.
• Joey: I now pronounce you... husband, and wife.
  (Phoebe and Mike kiss)
• Phoebe: I got married! (everyone applauds) Could someone get me a coat, I'm freaking freezing.

• Chandler 抢 Mike 好不容易空出来的伴郎失败，意外地代替 Joey 领 Phoebe 出场 (Joey 本来是 Phoebe 继父代替者第一人选，但要主持婚礼)
• Ross 没能抢到伴郎，但作为伴郎 (小狗) Chappy 的看护者

S10E13 - Joey Speaks French

• Rachel 的爸爸心脏病突发，在 Ross 的陪同下来看望，两次想跟 Ross 亲热都被拒绝
• Monica 带着 Erica 去了纽约好多名胜区玩
• Phoebe 死活教不会 Joey 法语，最后帮他把瞎写的简历都涂掉了 (10 秒内喝掉 1 加仑牛奶，倒掉一大半都用了 30 秒)
• Joey 自称精通法语，然后被邀请参加一场法语舞台剧的试镜
• Chandler 听说 Erica 的一个男友用铁锹杀了他爸，本来挺担心的，还好 Monica 查出了真相 (不是这个男友的儿子)

S10E14 - Princess Consuela

• Rachel Gucci 面试刚好老板坐她后面，结果面试失败还丢了 Ralph Lauren 的工作，还好 Mark 再次做了 Rachel 职业生涯中的贵人，给她一份去 LV 的 offer
• Monica 和 Chandler 带着 Joey 去看新房子
• Phoebe 本来改名成「Princess Consuela Banana Hammock」，但最后被 Mike 巧妙说服
• Joey 跟着 Monica 和 Chandler 去新房子，想最后劝说他们放弃，结果被原来住着的小女孩 Mackenzie 说服了「Well, if moving here is gonna make them happy, don't you want them to do it?」
• Chandler 真的在新家给 Joey 准备了一间房子
• Ross 获得了终身教职

S10E15 - Estelle Dies

• Rachel 很意外 Ralph Lauren 会请她回去还加薪
• Monica 和 Chandler 去看看周围房子和邻居
• Phoebe 怕 Joey 难过瞒着他 Estelle 死了的事情，还假装她的语气给他打电话
• Joey 的经纪人 Estelle 死了，他参加了他的追悼会
• Chandler 最后一次遇到 Janice，为了不和她做邻居，他再次向 Janice 表白
• Ross 为了让 Rachel 留在纽约，几次三番拜托 Ralph Lauren 的 Mr. Zelner (Rachel 前老板) 请 Rachel 回去并加薪 (Ross 和他儿子名字兴趣一样，很难搞)

S10E16 - Rachel's Going Away Party

• Rachel 和每个人一一道别
• Monica 指挥大家收拾屋子，最后 Erica 要生了，带着她赶往医院
• Phoebe 打酱油
• Joey 不收拾屋子，头戴泡沫塑料让大家打他脑袋玩
• Chandler 带着男生们收拾屋子
• Ross 一直没被 Rachel 单独道别很生气，但最后两个人和好了 (一夜)

S10E17 - The Last One 1

• Rachel 最终还是决定要去巴黎追求梦想
• Monica 意外得到龙凤胎，女孩以「Erica」命名，男孩以「Jack」命名 (取自 Monica 和 Ross 的爸爸)
• Phoebe 劝说 Ross 一定要去追 Rachel
• Joey 为 Chandler 和 Monica 搬家准备了践行礼物「一只小鸡和小鸭」

• Ross 在 Phoebe 的劝说下终于决定要去追 Rachel

S10E18 - The Last One 2

• Rachel:「I got off the plane.」
• Monica 帮 Joey 撬开了足球游戏桌弄出小鸡小鸭，然后打点好一切，交出钥匙带着大家离开公寓，一个时代完结
• Phoebe 不要命地开车，给 Ross 出主意还骗得第一班飞机旅客集体下飞机，终于赶上让 Ross 和 Rachel 再见一面
• Joey 想送 Chandler 的小鸡小鸭掉进足球游戏桌里了，被 Chandler 送给他之后表示这样他又多了一个回来看他的理由
• Chandler 把小鸡小鸭再送给 Joey。最后 Rachel 建议大家出公寓之后去喝杯咖啡 (因为 Central Perk 是一切开始的地方)，他假装问道「Where?」
• Ross 因为没问清楚机场差点错过和 Rachel 再次碰面，但真的相见之后 Rachel 还是毅然决然地上飞机，Ross 不想见任何人所以一个人回家了，在电话答录机上听到 Rachel 要下飞机的事情
