#作法
1.牛肋條切塊(建議切大塊一點)

2. 青蔥切段、辣椒切段、老薑切片、蒜頭拍扁。

3.番茄、洋蔥、胡蘿蔔切塊備用。

4. 放入橄欖油把蔥段、薑片、辣椒段、大蒜拌炒爆香。

5.加入牛肋條,再放入辣豆瓣醬(依照本身口味調配)

6.淋入一杯米酒、醬油,翻炒至5-6分熟。

7.放入蔬菜及拌炒過的牛肋條
