Email～meeting

In order to go over(仔细检查=discuss) the sales figures(销售目标）,  I am writing to arrange a meeting on Friday  afternoon.

It is best if you have new ideas to improve our sales and also give a presentation about last month(关于上个月的展示）.

let me know if you don’t show up(出席）. I would ask my assistant to send up（发送） memo（便函、会议记录） to you.
