swift vapor 新项目build 报错

 Fetching origin

    fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/vapor/fluent-mysql-driver.git/': LibreSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to github.com:443 

    error: Could not fetch origin

主要是网络原因，最好是安装vpn代理 ，终端似乎没有走 软件vpn

我在家里面的网络正常 ，在公司里面的报错

每次都报错，开始我以为是网络问题，后面发现不是

把vapor项目文件夹里面那个Package.swift 里面的 https换成http
