Chapter 9 The Midnight Duel
Harry and Malfoy were deadly foe.Due to Malfoy's tease,Harry were lucky to be enrolled in Gryffindor's Quidditch team because of his exquisite flying on the broomstick to fetch Neville's Remembrall(a magic ball which could tell its master what had been forgotten).
To Malfoy's disappointment,Harry was not expelled for his recklessness and unexpecedly be a seeker in Quidditch team.However ,the hatred bewteen Malfoy and Harry was deeper and deeper,so Malfoy suggested a wizard's duel in midnight and Harry accepted this provocation.
The appointed Midnight was approaching,but Malfoy chose not to come but to tip Filch off,which caused a great trouble for Harry and his friends to escape.This plot leaded to the appearance of a three-headed monster guarding something valuable in the third floor.
