老外对你说feel funny不要理解为“觉得有趣”，结果也许适

很多同学对于fun和funny的用法，甚至词性有点混。

为什么这两个词被翻牌了呢？

英文fun用对了，口语看起来很地道，

而funny有个用法跟字面意思相反，

没get到，会让你完全蒙圈。

今天我们重点来讲下这两个词的用法。

#发音，词性，意思

✅ fun：[fʌn] 形容词，当我们觉得一个东西时“enjoyable”， 能给你带来“愉悦”时， 你可以说：something is fun。所以，fun这样去理解：

✅ fun=enjoyable

Playing games is fun. 打游戏很好玩。

Memorizing vocabularies is not fun. 记单词不好玩。

✅ funny: 形容词， 当一个人/东西让我们哈哈笑起来时，才用funny。所以，funny这样去理解：

✅ funny=make you laugh

The joke is so funny. 这个笑话很有趣。

Oh, the movie was so funny. I kept laughing in the theater.哦，那个电影很有趣，我在电影院笑个不停。

You're so funny. It's so happy to be with you.你真有趣。跟你在一起很开心。

#fun的名词用法

常用搭配：

✅ have (great )fun: 玩得很开心

✅ have a lot of fun: 玩得很开心

注意：fun是不可数名词，所以别说：

have a great fun

I had great fun at the party. 在派对上我们玩得很开心。

We had a lot fun hanging out. 跟朋友一起玩很开心。

✅ full of fun: full of enjoyment 充满乐趣

She's full of fun. 她是个很有趣的人。

Learning English is full of fun. 学英语很有趣。

#funny的另一层意思

有的时候funny并不是在说“有趣”， 而是在说人/东西“weird” odd"，总之, just isn't right:不对头。

✅It tastes funny.这个吃起来怪怪的。

✅ It feels funny to me that the gentlemenis a theif.

很奇怪的是那个绅士居然是个小偷。

对于这样的事， 你们肯定会说：

✅ That's funny. 真是奇怪。

形容人也可以用用funny:

✅ I feel funny. I need to lie on bed. 我觉得身体不对头，我需要去床上躺着。
