最近提交苹果审核,被2.1拒绝,苹果回复如下:

后续在解决方案中心沟通后,被2.1拒绝是因为审核人员对APP的功能逻辑不了解,需要我们提供更多的信息,所以按照问题提示,直接回复即可,重点是告诉审核员APP没有内购和收费服务,否则就会报Guideline 3.1.1 - Business - Payments - In-App Purchase,最后再附上APP的用户使用流程说明,再次提交就通过了审核,回复内容如下(可根据APP的实际情况进行回复,最好是包含中英文):

用户使用APP流程说明:用户通过手机号在APP免费激活后,用户可以在APP创建报修和投诉工单,这样就可以把线下的问题线上化、系统化,通过平台去监控任务完成情况,大大降低管理成本,提高管理效率。
