好好吃饭,健康减个肥吧~

好好煮饭的时候,一定是在减肥!毕竟外面卖的的饭菜,基本跟减肥没什么关系~助攻长肉倒是很厉害。反正现在也天天在家,不能上班。
思来想去,就在这里记录吧。今天已经是第四天了,继续好好吃、健康吃吧~

中午吃得多了,早上剩下的鸡蛋。

小熊包吃了几天,因为小,热量也还好一个36克。蛋挞也是迷你的,很小。只有17-8克。

自己做的全麦,其实黑麦粉也少,伪全麦面包。胜在分量小,两片一共70多克。热量200的样子。

下午吃了蛋黄酥。。。也切得小小的。一共吃了半个吧。其实,啥都可以吃,只是量的问题。高热量的吃了,那其他就少吃点呗。
