Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed
This type of app has been identified as one that may violate one or more of the following App Store Review Guidelines. Specifically, these types of apps often:
1.1.6 - Include false information, features, or misleading metadata
2.3.0 - Undergo significant concept changes after approval
2.3.1 - Have hidden or undocumented features, including hidden "switches" that redirect to a gambling or lottery website
3.1.1 - Use payment mechanisms other than in-app purchase to unlock features or functionality in the app
3.2.1 - Do not come from the financial institution performing the loan services
4.3.0 - Are a duplicate of another app or are conspicuously similar to another app
5.2.1 - Were not submitted by the legal entity that owns and is responsible for offering any services provided by the app
5.2.3 - Facilitate illegal file sharing or include the ability to save, convert, or download media from third party sources without explicit authorization from those sources
5.3.4 - Do not have the necessary licensing and permissions for all the locations where the app is used
Before we can continue with our review, please confirm that this app does not violate any of the above guidelines. You may reply to this message in Resolution Center or the App Review Information section in App Store Connect to verify this app’s compliance.
Given the tendency for apps of this type to violate the aforementioned guidelines, this review will take additional time. If at any time we discover that this app is in violation of these guidelines, the app will be rejected and removed from the App Store, and it may result in the termination of your Apple Developer Program account.
Should you choose to resubmit this app without confirming this app’s compliance, the next submission of this app will still require a longer review time . Additionally, this app will not be eligible for an expedited review until we have received your confirmation.
上面加黑的是表示下次审核被延迟了。
由于前段时间每天提交一次审核，估计苹果审核烦了，直接扔了个2.1大礼包。收到之后不用急，针对每条仔细看，如果没有触犯，告诉他接着审，如果有，整改后提交新版本告诉他没有了，反正都是回复没有。不要傻乎乎承认有。

Thank you for your patience in reviewing our APP , we did a rigorous self-censorship on the Guideline 2.1 you mentioned. Here is our reply:
1.1.6 - We guarantee the authenticity of all features in our APP, and never include false information or misleading functions.
2.3.0 - We have not and will never modify any functions and concepts after approval, and will strictly abide by the App Store Review Guidelines.
2.3.1 - Our APP have very few pages use WKWebView ，such as EULA （用户协议 、 隐私协议），邀请码 ，我的后援团 , 摄影比赛，We guarantee that we never redirect to a gambling or lottery website.
3.1.1 - Our APP have no locked features or functionality ，and we have no payment mechanisms neither.
3.2.1 - Our APP is used for Shooting videos, recording life, sharing with friends，we have no relationship with the financial institution which performing the loan services.
4.3.0 -This submission of app is developed by myself, after self-censorship, we did not find any of similarities or plagiarism.
5.2.1 - Our APP does not have legal entity and copyright issues, all content is UGC content.
5.2.3 - We have no third party sources issue , all content is UGC content.We have report function for the offending content. and the Sever will deal with those reports in 24 hours. Every UGC media content will be audited before it is displayed to other users.
5.3.4 - Our app is used in china . we do not violate any local permission, unit or individual permission.
Next steps , we will delete all useless code which may course misunderstanding .We will submit a new binary for review ASAP.

5.2.1-我们的应用程序没有法律实体和版权问题，所有内容都是UGC内容。
5.2.3-我们没有第三方来源问题，所有内容均为UGC内容。我们对违规内容具有举报功能。后台人员将在24小时内处理这些举报内容。每个UGC媒体内容在显示给其他用户之前都会经过后台审核。
5.3.4-我们的应用程序在中国使用。我们不违反任何本地许可、单位或个人许可。
下一步，我们将删除所有可能导致误解的无用代码。我们将尽快提交一个新的二进制文件供审核。
