chinese foods are very unique

i have been in china for almost two years. i like to eat chinese foods especially the hotpot, iam very intrigued by the smell that comes from the chaffing pot. The food is completely different from my home town even the cooking style is different even though the food ingredients are the same, i guess the chinese have a secret way of cooking their foods apart from other countries. i must go for a hotpot almost everyday❤️
