Reiterate of the vision

Steven Jobs was the leader of Apple, and definitely the most famous one so far. He had many motors to keep which help us as well, especially when you have a team to encourage and inspire.

Because during the developing of a company, there needs to be someone who is sort of the keeper and reiterate of the vision, for there’s a ton of work to do. When you have to walk a thousand miles and you take the first step, it looks like a long way. It’s really helps if there’s someone saying, well, we are one step closer, you know that goal definitely exists, it’s not just a mirage out there.

So that’s the position which a leader should stand. Like a light above your head enlightening your mind, guiding you walk through the mist forest, reaching the touchable mirage.
