题目

Write a paragraph or two describing the stress in your  life and how you feel at work, school or home. What do you do to relax?

How to start over your life from ground zero in your  middle age? Just imagining it could make many stressed. However, some have to  face up to it, accept and cope with it. Only those who figure out a new way  for their life could win the favor of the Destiny and drink the milk of  paradise. 

With a crisscrossed life path, I am one of them. After the prime  time of my life has been drained by my unrealizable dreams, I have to accept  myself as a wreck, but the wrecked body and soul still want to take the full  responsibility of my life. Hopping and joggling daily on many things, I must  obtain and maintain my fitness, mentally and physically. Fighting might not  be for a better life; FIGHT is my life. What I need to do first is narrow  down the area I am endeavoring in. 

A good plan is helpful to alleviate me  from pressure and stress, for the prioritized agenda and itinerary could  routinely allocate my time to different things. Wile joggling on my work,  study, fitness and family, I make each part of my daily life liberator of  pressures accumulated from other aspects. Second, I have found a great  therapy: practicing Taijiquan, a slow moving Chinese shadow boxing, which is  recommended for someone who is rehabilitating from a mind or body breakage.  This invigorating practice has a genuine impact on body and feelings, and affect  one’s attitudes and acts towards the problems. A half-hour practice could  energize and rejuvenate me, making me feel agile, strong and ready for  anything; and all those everyday worries and pains give the way to  equanimity, allowing me to be more centered in life.
