想象的下厨心理:突然想做个慢条斯理的菜,感受一下生活不一样的节奏呢。
真实的下厨心理:香辣虾实在外酥里嫩长得下饭!炸过的虾子比蒸出来的还酥!还香!还好看!外面的酱料舔一舔,我能吃下两碗饭!
材料
明虾:大一点的好吃
葱、姜、蒜、干辣椒、花椒
豆瓣酱
料酒、生抽
过程
1.虾洗干净,剪掉虾须,挑掉虾线

2.倒入适量料酒腌制一下,去除虾腥

3.拍几瓣蒜、切姜片、剪干辣椒

4.热一锅油,大火烧开转小火准备炸虾

5.另起一锅,少许油,低温煸香干辣椒、花椒粒,小火炒出香味后放入姜蒜

6.加入一勺豆瓣酱,炒出红油后把虾拌进去

7.加一勺生抽
