新建一个c#类库

中name名字必须和接口名字相同 即ClassLibrary1

从引用管理器中添加system.ServiceModel和system.ServiceModel.Web

并且写上using System.ServiceModel;

using System.ServiceModel.Web;

不能被解析

将库文件生成在D:\MapGIS10\Program\Land\

打开http://localhost:9999

账号admin密码sa找到服务管理

添加服务绑定信息

服务类完全限定名称是接口加方法ClassLibrary1.TestWCF

服务前缀是igs/想要的名字

服务所在路径是land/ClassLibrary1.dll

是否启用勾选上

通过http://localhost:6163/访问igs/a5555/GetData?value=100

需要对MapGis Igserver服务重启 才能访问到
