Toastmaster Master

I had a speech on Cardiac Rehab tonight @toastmaster. It went well, but still have room to improve,  like voice variety,  use the stage, eye movement etc. 

Yesterday, as per the Tony's suggestion. I should remember the difference between understanding and mastery.  Apply it.
