GRIT, the power we have to maste

reading GRIT(The power of Passion and perseverance) , I know it is not enough to have perseverance . To succeed, you must first have the necessary skills, and then be passionate and loved about what you do. Finally, use your skills, and stick to doing things well with your passion. As a mountain village teacher, Grit is the strength I must master. Because teachers in mountain villages need to solve more problems, they need more effort to complete their teaching tasks. Only by grasping the strength of grit can we complete the duties of a teacher.In order to become a successful teacher, we must first have all the skills needed to complete the teaching task, master the curriculum standards, master the professional knowledge, master the communication ability with the students, and the computer operation, teaching plan design and other skills. At the same time, we should regard teachers as our personal career and love them. We should do well in our personal career planning and be proud of being a teacher. In the end, no matter what problems you encounter, you must believe that you can stick to it. Even through the way you get help, you must stick to doing it well.I believe that by gradually developing the habit of grit  I can accomplish the duties of teachers better.
