IT problems

Tonight, my wife asked me to move her iPhone’s material to my PC, because her iPhone was full of pictures or videos and affect usage. I was reluctant to do such thing, and almost gone nervous. I spent almost two hours to move part of them.

When I was young, I used to mess around hardware of computer and was interested in programming. I was proud of the ability that I could fix many problem in PC of people around me.

I finally became a programmer, writing code every day. However, usually people don’t know what programmers or software engineers are doing. In their mind my job is related to computer, smartphone, or even household appliances, including my wife. So any problem related to IT, they will ask me to solve it.

I don't know when I started hating doing such things. I often became angry or nervous when someone asks me to do so. Even if I have a problem related to hardware of PC in office, I would asked the corresponding colleague to fix it instead of doing it myself.
