Why does the idea of depression loom so large in the modern world? Surely because depression of a particular kind is actually taking place around us and is becoming more and more obvious. Although mankind has made tremendous progress in accumulation of knowledge, it has undergone no general improvement in the study of meaning itself. We know if we are under the great pressure, we may suffer from depression which has become a common disease not only for common people but for the celebrities. So what should we do to avoid this kind of phenomenon?
