TO MY SOAL

DEAR SOAL，

How are you? I recently have some trouble.My work is in a mess.please help me !

Two weeks ago, my boss ordered me to do an assignment,but I refused.We had a heated argument at the meeting.I couldn't control my emotions and contradicted the leader.Finally, although I shirked things, I lost the trust of the leaders.I regret it now.

My colleagues have alienated me.No matter how hard I work, it won't help.So I wanted to quit.I  sent my resume to lots of companys on the recruitment website, but they all sink into no echo.I was anxious and distressed.

So I began to review myself, what went wrong?

My shortcomings are: low emotional intelligence, emotional, regardless of other people's feelings, speaking too directly, instinctively refusing to criticize...

I hate myself now.

Could you hepl me to change myself?
