Dear Lindsay Bingham,

As discussed in our meeting, we'd like to go somewhere outdoors this time. And we need pay attention to a few important requirements for the event listed below to find some proper team-building companies:

1. It should be safe - not everyone on the team is s trill-seeker and we want all staff to feel at ease.

2. It should include activities that build team spirit - we want to get everyone working together and feeling good about.

3. It must fit our budget - skydiving, for example, might be a bit too expensive.

So, here is my way of searching for the information needed:

First, brainstorm a list of things which are needed: team-building company. 

Next, think about other words with similar meaning: team morale, team spirit, team training, activity, outdoor activity, cheap.

 Then, scan for these key terms, noting down useful information and reject anything that isn't relevant.
