iPhone XR续航被夸大？苹果回应: 测法不同

近日，英国消费者权益组织“Which？”对外表示，苹果公司夸大了几款iPhone手机的电池续航时间。例如iPhone XR的实际通话时间要比苹果标称的理论时间少51%，也就是差8.5个小时。

Recently, the British Consumer Rights Organization "Which? In a statement, Apple claimed that it had exaggerated the battery life of several iPhone phones. According to the report, the actual call time of the iPhone XR is 51% less than Apple claims. Subsequently, Apple responded that different testing methods would lead to different results.

日前，英国消费者权益组织「Which？」在一项声明中宣称苹果夸大了几款 iPhone 手机的电池续航时间。根据该报告，iPhone XR 的实际通话时间要比苹果宣称的续航时间少了 51%。随后，苹果就此作出回应，认为测试方式不同会导致得出的续航结果不同。

The group said it tested nine different models of the iPhone and found that all models spent 18% to 51% less time making calls than Apple recommended. For example, in the test, the phone's XR call time was 16 hours and 32 minutes, while Apple's official announcement that the device could provide 25 hours of call time varied considerably.

该组织称，他们测试了 9 种不同的 iPhone 型号，发现所有型号拨打电话的时间都比苹果介绍的时间少 18% 到 51%。例如，测试中 iPhone XR 打电话时间是 16 小时 32 分钟，而苹果官方标注这款设备可以提供 25 小时的通话时间，差异较大。

Apple then responded to "Which? "Said:

苹果随后通过媒体发布声明回应「Which？」的说法：

"We strictly test the product and confirm the battery life we mark. Through the close collaboration of hardware and software, the iPhone can manage batteries intelligently, and get the longest endurance. Our test method reflects the effectiveness of this intelligent management. "Which? "They did not share their test methods, so we could not comment on and compare their results."

“我们严格测试产品并确认我们所标注的电池续航时间。通过硬件和软件的紧密协作，iPhone 可以智能管理电池，从而得出最长续航时间。我们的测试方法反映了这种智能管理的成效。「Which？」没有分享他们的测试方法，所以我们无法评论和比较他们的结果。”

Apple also reiterated its battery life testing methods, which are detailed on its official website 

苹果也再次说明了自己的电池续航测试方法，也就是官网上的详细说明。

Of course, the duration of the mobile phone will change according to various factors, such as different use environment, frequency, connection settings and even weather. Different testing methods will indeed lead to different results. The actual use of users is not only different from the official parameters, but also different from the third-party evaluation of the duration.

当然，手机续航时间会根据不同的使用环境、频度、连接设置甚至是天气等等各种因素产生变化，不同的测试方法确实会导致不同的结果，用户的实际使用情况不仅与官方参数有差别，与第三方评测得出的续航也有差别。

In fact, "Which? "Not only is the iPhone tested, but the organization has also tested Android phones, and the data is different from the official parameters. Samsung, Sony and Nokia are better than the official parameters, while HTC and others are less than the company's nominal lifetime.

实际上「Which？」测试的不光是 iPhone，这家组织也测试了多款安卓品牌手机，得出的数据也跟官方参数不一样，三星、索尼和诺基亚的实际表现比官方参数好，而 HTC 等则与苹果一样少于厂商标称的续航时间。
