                    人人歌唱

Everyone suddenly burst out singing;

人们倏然引吭高歌；

And I was filled with such delight

我满心欢喜

As prisoned birds must find in freedom,

就如被囚的鸟儿获得自由

Winging wildly across the white Orchards

展翼任飞翔，飞过白色的果园

and dark-green fields; on - on - and out of sight.

和碧绿的旷野，飞呀飞，直至消失于视野。

Everyone's voice was suddenly lifted;

人们歌声突然扬起,

And beauty came like the setting sun:

诗意的黄昏之景出现。

My heart was shaken with tears; and horror

我的心随泪水而激动；恐惧

Drifted away ... O, but Everyone

烟消云散…… 人们啊

Was a bird; and the song was wordless; the singing will never be done.

真成了鸟儿，无声的歌永远唱不完。
