Young people and old people may have different attitudes towards life. The Young think older generations are out of date. However, older people think youth are too "in" and not practical. How do you view older people and age differences?

目前，中国已有29项文化和自然遗产被列入《世界遗产名录》。明年7月，第28届世界文化遗产大会将在中国美丽的名城苏州召开。
中国有一句话称赞苏州的宜人景色，“上有天堂，下有苏杭”。在这样的城市召开世界文化遗产大会，是非常适合和有益的。
大会将就21世纪的世界遗产保护工作作出远景规划。中国政府将同有关各方一道，把此次大会办成一次成功的盛会，为世界遗产事业的发展作出新的贡献。
China has always supported and actively participated in international cooperation in the preservation of the world's cultural and natural heritage and makes efforts to raise our people's awareness of the importance of preserving cultural heritage.
Twenty-nine of China's cultural and natural heritage sites have found themselves onto the World Heritage List. In July next year, the 28th session of the World Cultural Heritage Conference will be held in Suzhou, a well-known beautiful city in China.
A Chinese saying describes the beauty of Suzhou like this:"Just as there is paradise in heaven, there are Suzhou and Hangzhou on earth." It is most appropriate and beneficial for Suzhou to host the conferences.
The conference will prepare a long-range plan for the preservation of world heritage in the 21st century. The Chinese govenment stands ready to work with all sides to make the conference a success and make new contributions to the preservation of world heritage.
今天是我们暑期后的第一次记者会，我非常高兴在这里和新老朋友见面。在我们休会的一个半月时间里，有11个国家的13位新记者加入我们的队伍，到中国常驻。
Today, we have the first press conference after the summer holidays an I am very glad to see my old friends and meet some new friends as well. Thirteen new journalists from 11 countries have been stationed in China and joined us over the past one and half months of holidays.
