As worried about the debt repay and  products quality from the supplier, also as my English was not enough to extend the  new market. I  started to look for new  opportunities. I think the franchise may  easy for me to get in the market.

Because CEO Landsay used to be the  general manager in BP New Zealand,  I got very useful information and advice  from him. In 2011, l bought BP Whitford Service station.

To make the investment decision for this  business was not easy. I found a  accountant who has good experience in  petroleum industry to do the easibility study report.

The report shown  that only 2.5 percent  profit for the investment based on history  finance data.The accountant suggested  that I should not to invest it.

And on the agreement, my solicitor required any vehicle have to park away from the  LPG tank 10 miters.But the business owner has  a workshop in the yard close by the  tank, they said it was always there like that, they can not change it.

And some people said city council has a  plan that a new road will make nearby, the  business in this service station will drop  down.

I have to make decision, for a entrepreneur,  by my intuition, I decided to buy it.
