It's similar to express that you are fond of doing something.
Example:
1.I'm up for meeting up later, but it will have to be after work.
- Steve is not down for going to that restaurant as he doesn't like spicy food.
- I think he'd be down for that vegetarian place./ I wasn't really up for going to the cinema.
Diary:
The burned skin got darker and darker, without a sign of rebirth. I didn't feel hurt if I touch my hurt skin but it showed up as a skin bubble, and I searched the internet it was not a good phenomenon, so I had better go to the hospital for help, Make the bubble break down without out bacteria. To say it another way, I'm getting rid of no shower for 3 days, I must do something.
