You should improve yourself

Hello,good morning! After a wonderful sleep, l feel good now.and l want to say something . How to improve my English level? l found the problem is that l always use the origin words in my brain which should be changed. As  others  knowlege, people should be study all the time with the developing of society.lf not, you will  stand the origin place all the time. l can not express my idea in a correct way in English.You know it is a bad state.

l think l should make an adjustment according to the present situation of myself. so study and study, study and study,many many things! To me, to everyone!
