ubuntu 20.04 安装 openssh-server

20.04 默认使用 openssh-client 与 openssh-server 版本有冲突，需要先安装指定版本openssh-client

apt install openssh-client=1:8.2p1-4ubuntu0.2
apt install openssh-server
