negotiations with world-class company.

[2]We often think about two groups sitting in conference room

wrestling each other to reach the certain point of agreements, taking Yes or No

to be the answer, fighting for their own benefits, anchoring for bilateral

interests, yelling for the business loss, endlessly talking and desperately controlling

the entire course of conversation on the merits of their own position.

[3]The other side of the picture is quite the opposite.

[4]The best negotiators tend to create friendly environment in

which the consensus is achieved and win-win situation is pursued. They are the

ones who truly listen to other each, fully know how to refrain from saying too

much, understand how to switch hot button to formulate an appropriate response. 

[5]Technically, there is some recipes in the later picture, but how to win on table lies in the sophisticatedexperiences.
