Today morning, site manager comes to my office and informs me that this Internaltional Labour Day, the Project will hold a ceremoney and award some guys who work at site excluding the colleagues in my department, because site guys are more busy with work and tired to run into site everyday. 

What's a shit!!! If you guys have made a decision, just do it, no need to come to my office and inform me? Or later, you guys will prepare a separate ceremony for my department people? so ridiculous. 

Then at another side, they ask us to translate this kind of shit.
