感谢老公从远处寄来的羊肉,今天早晨我炖了羊排!和羊肉馆里的味道几乎没有差别,一位朋友教我的的办法。把羊肉泡几个小时清洗干净后,凉水下锅,大火焯水,用温开水清洗干净,重新加入凉水,大火烧开,慢火炖三个小时!快要熟时再放食盐。出锅后可加点胡椒粉和香菜!美味极了!
