学习要动，思考要静。
学习过程越调动的官能部件越多就越容易达到兴奋学习的效果就越好。
最好的是手、眼、口、耳、脑，至少同时用三个以上才好。
宋维纲的英语教学方法确实在学习方法上也给了我很大启发。
尤其包括案例式教学和书写式教学。
今天思考总结了一下，自己做足癣治疗套装的经验教训
一是过于乐观，不应该一次定做太多产品，虽然是定做的最低限量，但其实就不应该自己去定做，因为成品其实并不差。
二是有所保留，没有一开始就拿出最佳方案，其实不应该保留，要想有真正的发展迭代，每次就都应该竭尽全力拿出最好方案。

Learning need moving, thinking must quiet.

Song Weigang's English teaching method really gave me great inspiration in learning methods.
