Example:

Yesterday I ate the supper cooked by my dear Mum, it's so tasty and I'm really excited to enjoy it. Yesterday I read the drawing book of principles, I have not read the original one, and it's fast for me to finish it within 1 hour while watching TV. If I can summarize my principles differ from Ray Dalio, that would be:
- Always learn, from a book, from a person, from yourself.
- Each challenge or difficulties are all the turning point for us to make a great progress.
- Always consider who you are and what you want and strive for it.
- Be grateful and be brave and be sincere, they are all our great merits and weapon to survive.
