任何成瘾行为都会导致精力的大量消耗,包括过度工作,过度工作是一种不易察觉的“可卡因”,仔细想一下,抱怨、容易生气、刷手机、刷微信等等都可以看作是不易察觉、令人上瘾的“可卡因”,都会消耗我们大量的能量,甚至直接转变为负能量。成瘾行为消耗大量精力对“正面”的也是适用的!
Any additive behaviors will consume a lot of Energy, including overwork which is an unconscious cocaine. When think further, complaint, anger, playing phones, WeChat etc are all some kind of addictive cocaine, which exhausts a lot Energy, which applies for positive additive behaviors.
如何来突破?那就是要反省,反省能力是一种自我察觉能力,对自己的体能、情感、专注力和目标等全方位进行自我观察,体会其细微的变化,人可以比较容易“欺骗”别人,却欺骗不了自己。有察觉后就要采取相关的行动改进,慢慢地就恢复到好状态。
How to break? Reflection. Reflection is a capability of self-awareness of one's physical, emotion, focus and purposes, observing the tiny changes of one's Energy. One can "cheat" others easily but himself. Energizing state will gradually regained after taking some actions.
