我爱素食

从1月29日晚上在惠州西湖看花灯时,不小心踩空左腿摔成骨折,因这两月不能运动,怕胖的我对肉食很排斥,三月至今都自己做饭吃,素菜为主,一周或两周才吃一次鱼或骨头汤,每天吃蔬菜、五谷杂粮、水果,上下班走路(每天10000步,往返6公里),体重仍控制在95斤以下,谢天谢地没有反弹变胖!
这段时间也利用以前运动的时间给自己充电,每天忙着自己的计划,这样的生活自己也很喜欢!尽管没运动时间也过的充实,还是期待我的腿早点康复,跑步、瑜伽、游泳是这个夏天必须要坚持做的事……
