INTRODUCE
Louis Braille was a great French inventor who was born in 1809 and died in1852. As a supporter of the visually impaired, he created a system of raised dots to help the visually impaired to read and write. Louis Braille is known worldwide as a man who devoted all of his life for seeking 'light' for the blind people. His system remains virtually unchanged to this day.

There was a dark time in Braille's childhood. An accident happened which changed Braille's life. When he was a 3-year-old he tried to use his father's tools for making holes in leather, it slipped and hit his eyes. As a result of this early childhood accident he was completely blind by 5 years of age.Because at that moment there was no treatment available and the infection in one eye spread to the other eye. We often say:"God closed one window and will open another window for you." So Braille began his 'window' life.
Education
Although Braille was blind ,he built a great knowlege system and got lots of experience from his father and schools. On one side, Braille's father has a profound influence on him in his early education . He taught him independent , let him know commone sense of life and help him to master it, made alphabet of nails in leather to teach him reading and guided him to hand writing. On the other hand, school life especially special education had a really important influence on him. He studied at a local school for a few years and in 1819 he was sent to National Institute for Blind Youth in Pairs. He excelled in all areas and developed a passion for music. He gained knowledge and experience from different sources and achieved good results.
ACHEIEVEMENTS
Braille got many achievements in his whole life, especially the "The Braille System" which benefitted all of the word's blind people. First of all, as a blind people ,he gained a good result in his personal life, he was independent, excelled in all study areas ,and later he became a good teacher and encouraged his students.
And his brilliant contribution was he invented "The Braille System" which was a great invention which benefitted the visually impaired. So the blind people couldreading and writing ,that could bridge the gap in communication between the sighted and the blinded. It connected blind people to society well and gave them 'light'.
And also ,he worked tirelessly to creat a.system.and provide education. In 1839, he planned for the new system 'raphigraphy'. In 1854, Braille system was recognized nationally and internationally. He never stopped his passion to perfect himself to made contributions to mankind.
LATER LIFE
Although in Braille's later life , he suffered illness , he never stopped to helping the students till he died in 1852. Because of poor health from childhood, Braille's health was getting worse day by day, so he stopped teaching in his 40s, but he still continue to support students financially, by providing equipment for the students who couldn't afford it.
CONCLUSION
In the whole of Braille's life, he was constantly improving himself making contributions to mankind and looking for the 'lights' for the.blind people. It's not only material contribution but also spiritual influence. It reminds me of a sentence in a book which name is"Northern Lights":'People's life, always pursue the light in life,and walk on a long journey'! Braille was the 'light' to the blind people.
