敲敲小黑板,是不是很有规律....
下面这些tips新手必看:
1. 水果,水果,水果,重要的事情说三遍。买买买各种时令水果,一次买好一周的量。早上只要洗水果切水果(丰富的维生素A/C,促进肠道蠕动+维持体内酸碱平衡+重点来了养颜美容,一早看起来容光焕发!)
比如,出现频率超高的牛油果君,颜值高又百搭;an apple a day keeps doctor away 一天一苹果,还有香蕉君......
2. 牛奶➕鸡蛋。牛奶加到咖啡或红茶里,喝起来不会觉得腻;鸡蛋单面煎,双面煎,温泉蛋,卤蛋,炒蛋,蒸蛋....根据个人喜好。
3. 淀粉类补充一日所需的能量(早餐占一日能量的四分之一)。稀饭、馒头、萝卜糕、吐司、燕麦、全壳类脆片……作为主食,或是挑选较粗糙的五壳根茎类,像是全麦面包、杂粮粥等。
那么问题来了,要怎么搭配?早餐大原则大家记好——种类不要太单一,热量不宜过多。
饭局多应酬多工作身不由己只能在外面吃,午餐晚餐我们大都无法控制........不如从早餐起,吃什么自己做主!
