默认Maven的Settings.xml

恢复Maven默认的Settings.xml

最近在编译最新的Hive代码的时候，总是报不能找到javax.el这个jar包，最后定位到问题是我本地配置了公司的Maven私服，但是私服中找不到对应版本的jar导致。因此，用默认的Settings.xml覆盖原有的配置。记录下来，以备不时之需。
