Nowadays we are living a very very busy life in the world,do you remember when you are not doing anything at all?Maybe we have been suffering from the lost in thought,being distracted,indeed being overwhelming by difficult emotions. From my personal experience,I have always been suffering from the sleepless so that I hardly can’t focus on and complete what I am doing at my very best,that’s terrible!Today’s the talk theme of meditation gives me an opportunity to learn how to be in the here and now,how to be present and how to be mindful so that I can have a greater appreciation,an understanding for the present moment,which is a effective way,indeed, is a lamp for me to face with my present predicament. You know we can’t change everything that has been happening around of us in lives but we can change the way of thinking that we experience it. If we would rather familiarize ourselves with the present moment by taking back to meditation that we may experience a greater sense of mindfulness,calm,freedom and clarity in our lives.
