必经过刺骨的寒冷

和无边无际的困顿

才能在下一个严冬到来时

分清是身体在颤抖还是心在颤栗

必经过火燎般的炎热

和精疲力竭的挣扎

才能在下一个酷暑来临时

明白是在挥汗还是洒泪

不深陷绝境无法窥视灵魂

不安顿灵魂无法赐自由于肉身

冰雪风霜

烈日骄阳

都来吧

陪我一起走进风和日丽

Only when you experience the biting chill

And the illimitable fatigue

You can discriminate  whether your body is trembling or your heart is shivering

When next winter comes

Only when you undergo the fiery torridity

And the exhausted struggle

You can understand whether you are sweating or      weeping

When next summer comes

You won't peek at your soul unless you are trapped in the hopeless situation

You won't bestow freedom to your flesh unless you comfort your soul
