Third, we so often frame problems too tightly.
T-sharped people: with depth of knowledge in at least one discipline and a breadth of knowledge about innovation and entrepreneurship that allows them to work effectively with professionals in other disciplines to bring their ideas to life.
The key to success is the ability to exact the lessons out of each of these experiences and to move on with that new knowledge.
